Stone County Children's Division

This review is specifically for Nikki in Children's Division I am unable to drive due to medical at this moment, she refused to further assist me with a number to talk to someone locally in a different department of the same building she is in. Her tone and engagement needs improvement. I only gave a two star instead of one because she stated I could chat online she would not listen at all or try to communicate in a proper way. Do better Stone County.

This was a meeting that they called and I felt that the manager or supervisor was rude by keeping her face covered with her shirt if she was cold than being the manager she should have had the meeting in a different office... than there was our case worker, she Never communicated with us even after I asked her to take the time and call us also. During the period of 6 weeks we only heard from her ONCE... the rest of the time information was given to us by the parents that were involved in the case. Very disappointed in the treatment from Children's services...

I'm trying to get ahold of someone to tell them my paperwork is wrong on my foodstamps on how much you think I make a month , its wrong I dont get unemployment benefits anymore I have not gotten them since July 12 , I only get disability a month, I've tried to contact someone on the number I just get recording only thank you cheryl Jackson m
