Wow! What an opening! 🎉🍕 The Grand Opening of Steve-O’s Pizza was packed—and for good reason! We ordered the New Yorker on thin crust and the Buffalo Chicken Salad. The pizza was tasty, and even Aaron said it's one of the best he's ever had! The salad was fresh, and the chicken was perfectly cooked—not dry at all. The wait was almost 90 minutes, but hey—it’s opening day! The place smelled amazing, and the energy was buzzing. It was so busy, they actually ran out of dough around 6pm. Grand Coulee really showed up! 👏 Let’s all show a little patience and support as they work through the hiccups and fine-tune their process. That’s how new businesses roll—and they’re off to a great start! 🙌 Huge shoutout to the super friendly staff and the team behind the fresh new space. You nailed it, Ste
Everytime our family had experienced them.... they got our order wrong. First time (was just opening and a lot of items they were out of.) They actually gave our order to another table. SHAME ON TABLE FOR ACCEPTING. So we had to wait that much longer and only brought out HALF our order. They still charged us for ALL. We tried explaining to young lady but she didn't understand. Second time was order to go. They gave us wrong size. And just NOW, called in order to go. Get there "im sorry we dont know what happened with your order but it's going in now" I had to wait ANOTHER 20min. Unfortunately I was on a schedule and put me behind. NOT ONCE was offered discount or coupon ,or whatever, for next order. They still wanted the full amount for their mistakes or food give away they did on our firs
While on vacation in Grand Coulee Dam, we like to visit a local restaurant. Hubby wasn't in the mood for pizza but as we sat there looking over the menu, we saw pizza come out & he said it looked so good he had to order one. He ordered The Works & said it was pizza he's had in a very long time. Well worth the $24. I ordered a burger & salad, informed them I had a wheat allergy and the were very accommodating. No bun, no croutons, best burger I've had in a long time.
At 5:30 we ordered 4 pizzas to go. We were told they would be ready at 7. There were 2 tables being used in the restaurant for a total of 6 people. We thought surely she misspoke so after an hour we returned and were told again the pizza would be ready at 7. It would have been nice if we were offered a complimentary beverage or bread sticks but nope that didn’t happen. This was our 3rd attempt in a week at this pizza place. The first attempt we were told they were out of dough … the 2nd attempt they were closed for the weekend. Still waiting for the pizza so I don’t know if it is good…
The young lady taking orders was very nice, but that was the only positive. As I walked in and started looking at the menu I noticed through the pass through window to the kitchen that the guy cooking was shoving French fries in his mouth as he was putting an order up. No gloves on either. A short time later as the young lady was getting my order together I watched the same cook stick his finger in his ear and dig around and right back to making food. No washing of hands no gloves. Disgusting. Thankfully my food was already boxed up. When I got home I realized they had forgotten to put the Canadian bacon on 1 of my 2 pizzas. The taco pizza had a disgusting amount of onions on it to the point that we ended up throwing out half of it because nobody could get past the mass of onions hidden un
