MEL's Place

So thrilled to have a new restaurant in town! It was new and clean, warm, and inviting. The bathroom was roomy and clean. The staff was very kind and welcoming! We had Italian beef panini’s and the chicken bacon panini. They were fantastic and good portions too! Came with chips or homemade potato salad which was great! Also tried the donuts which were fantastic! The prices were also very good. Plenty of space inside as well. Great view of Lake Roosevelt! Would highly recommend!

If you're looking for a great spot to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat, Mel's Place is the way to go. Not only do they serve amazing mochas and vanilla lattes, but their homemade donuts are also exceptional. On a previous visit, we had the opportunity to try their Chicken Pesto Panini and Italian Beef Panini Drip, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere is modern and sleek, the owners are friendly, and the view of the Grand Coulee is simply breathtaking.

Apple fritter is so good and made fresh! They also have a killer view of the dam. This will be one of our new breakfast stops when we’re in town visiting

Food was wonderful. Their were 9 of us. It was a bit noisy as there was a rush of people about 25. Until everyone got seated and were eating. I assume once they put some sound damping items on the walls it will be much better.

Sandwiches for lunch. I do not care for Sandwiches. The doughnuts however are top tier and worth your $.
