Sterlingtown Public House

We were impressed. The Boom Boom Mushrooms were great. I tried 3 tacos, Bean and Cheese, Haddock, and Shrimp. The shrimp taco was a bit under seasoned, but all very good. The Shrimp fried rice was good, but the Chicken or Pork might have been more flavorful. Very nice, small bar. Quaint community. We will come back. Great service.

First time being here. The place was easy to find and greeted almost as soon as we came in. There is outdoor seating but we did choose to sit inside. Servers were all super friendly to everyone around us. Our server was awesome. We had a few laughs. She was willing to modify a drink on the menu for me and checked on us just the right amount. Food was great and BIG portions. My husband left feeling very full, which almost never happens. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Drove 1.5hrs to eat there. (Not really, we happened to be passing through from Naples, Maine) What a gem! The FOOD by far surpassed my expectations. Cozy, warm, and friendly staff. BANG BANG mushrooms are a must. Juiciest burger I’ve had in years. Keep it up guys. Great place!

Just passing through the area and came across what I had hoped would be a wonderful pub. The atmosphere is not very cozy, I was looking for something more inviting. The lady who served us was lovely but the food was not at all what we had hoped for. The nachos have something that has no resemblance to cheese in either taste nor look. It was awful. And the ceaser salad dressing was inedible. So sad as this place could be a real draw for locals and tourists.

Great place to get food and drinks. We usually go once a year in early fall. The waitstaff were super friendly and attentive, the atmosphere inside is warm and cozy. They have a good selection of beers and ciders. The most recent trip, the wings were amazing and in past, the tacos and chicken bowl were delicious. I wouldn't get the nachos or the Caesar salad again, but maybe that was just a fluke or since we arrived at the end of the day.
