My company has been using Stephens & Company PLLC for 15 years to manage our books and taxes, they are knowledgeable, responsive and professional. They are always up to date on the latest laws and changes and are very proactive in informing us of anything that may affect our business. We, Health First Foundation, switched to Stephens at the beginning of 2025 and the transition was seamless. They jumped right in, created the reports we needed in the format requested without batting an eye and are readily available for questions and/or to help explain things (I am newer to the accounting side of business). Rainie and Gen handle what I'll call the day to day of our books without issue but Kevin has always made himself available. Their pricing is fair and the service and expertise has been spot-on.

Stephens & Company is an outstanding CPA firm. I have had the pleasure of working closely with Debbie McKee for the past year. I was a new user to QuickBooks and had quite a backlog of work to complete for my employer. Debbie went above and beyond to help me get up to speed on QuickBooks. What was truly exceptional about Debbie's customer service, is she reconciled three years of accounting information so we could get caught up more quickly.
