Large party tonight and this place was awesome! Huge portions very reasonably priced, nice variety of items on the menu..Waitress was awesome, orders came out perfect and she was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will be back.

Very nice little place. They have a lot of regulars that come in as the waitresses greet these people by name as they enter. That says a lot. The food we got was excellent. The picture is the garlic knots appetizer. Way more than we expected. The waitresses were very nice and we're at the perfect level of checking on us. Not pushy and not too distant. We will definitely be coming back.

An incredible tribute to Ybor’s Sicilian roots! The atmosphere at Casa Santo Stefano is stunning, especially with all the vintage family photos on the walls. We loved the Melanzane al Forno (baked eggplant dish), Gnocchi and Tiramisu. They use high-quality, imported ingredients. A must-visit for anyone wanting authentic Sicilian food in Tampa.

What a great place to eat. Very large portions as you can see in photos. The staff are so polite. Super nice place. If you haven't been there, I'd recommend going. Make it a date night, or family outing. 10 out of 10. Two 👍👍 up. Side note: very large portions.
