Chick-fil-A

I've been going to the Chick Fil A for a while now and before it use to be great, but for some reason recently I feel like they've been cutting corners with the quality of food they are putting out. I've let certain things slide but my order today has shown me they no longer care about service, they care more about just getting things out as fast as possible. I ordered 2 salads this week and the lettuce is wilted/redish like it's been sitting in the package for a while, and is starting to look OLD. Today for order I'm eating my salad and I find a piece of macaroni in the salad. I'm not sure what's going on, but I wouldn't expect that. Needless to say they need to do better about what they're serving and not just giving whatever is availabe. Also they should consider using SEPERATE strainer

This is what I pay $4.19 plus tax for. This is a rip off. I remember when the kale salad actually came full. Chick-fil-a...do better. Beyond disappointment.

Dear Chick Fil A, How difficult is it to read an order? I asked for 2 mayo and no salsa - I received salsa and no mayo. Then, let's talk about the spoon you gave me to eat my grilled chicken scramble bowl. Please do better.

Worst chic fil a I’ve ever gone to. The drive thru workers (the order takers) are so slow and rude. There was only one blonde kid who seemed to know what he was doing, the rest were a mess. I was at the menu waiting for my turn to order, there was a worker who came right up to the menu to fix his hair, he looked at me and proceeded to ignore me and take the order of the car behind me. I patiently waited for him to slowly take their order and when I saw he was done I honked and signaled him over yet I was ignored AGAIN and he just kept walking to the car behind that one. I didn’t want to block the drive thru so I left the drive thru to go inside, the inside workers were just as bad in there. The poor girl who took my order seemed so frustrated, she went to get my tea and there was none so

We stopped in for a quick bite and we really enjoyed lunch. My wife had a fresh crisp cob salad and i ordered the deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Chicken was tasty but we were most impressed with how clean the restaurant was and how polite the staff was. They are better than most fast food restaurants.
