Steak Up

Very disappointed. I know I was at a food court in a mall, so it’s not like I had the highest expectations but what I found was quite frustrating. I paid $17 plus tip for the sad food in the picture. The corn was soggy, no butter was given for the potato and the meat tasted good but definitely not enough to fill up one adult. I had to wait 25 min to get the food which considering I did no line to order is quite annoying especially when you are with a toddler (his food was as sad). The salad had no seasoning. Edit: the place shut down. Not surprised.

The best place to eat real Brazilian food. Inside the mall of George at the food court, you will eat the best picanha so taste delicious. The service is great. Everything is fresh and clean.

Got the chopped steak platter with 3 sides. First thing is the steak is sliced and not chopped as you can see in the pictures. Chopped to me is hamburger type meat but it does say Brazilian steak which I have never had. Tastes like sirloin to me and some pieces were soft and some were tough and all on the dry side. I had sides of baked potato, corn and cole slaw. The corn and potato were great but I didn't get past the smell on the cole slaw and put the lid back on. So bad I would not even try it and gave to order taker on the way out.

The food was not good and expensive for the amount they give. The picture is peppers and supposedly asparagus. I will never go back!

I walked to the counter, the lady was on the phone. When she acknowledged me, she seemed to have an attitude. It was my first time here, so I needed to ask questions. She gave me snappy answers. Then told me to go to the other end of the counter and read the menu. When I tried to pay for the food, the lady reached past my hand and hit "NO TIP" on the card machine. I told her "excuse me, I always tip". Then when I gave the tip, SHE STILL HAD AN ATTITUDE! So, 10-minutes later, the food came out. It was not what we were expecting. My wife was so disappointed because she had eaten at a different Steak Up restaurant before. After a few bites of the food, my wife pushed the plate back and closed the lid. My recommendation would be for the owner to do a complete Quality Care, Quality Review of
