Steak 'n Shake

The service and atmosphere of this place were decent. The most important thing though is the food and they completely missed on that. The charge way to much for 3 tenders to taste the way they do. This place used to be very good, but has gone down hill significantly.

Overall, 100’s across the board! (aside from the bathrooms) The service couldn’t have been better and the food tasted just as good as I remember. Beef was nice and flavorful and the shakes were sweet and weren’t cloying whatsoever. A very special thanks to Andrew! Super helpful and friendly guy.

Really good experience. The hamburger was fresh and full of flavor — the burger was juicy, the cheese fries were hot and crispy, and the vanilla milkshake was just perfect. The staff was friendly and the service was fast, which made everything even better. You can tell they care about doing a good job. If you’re looking for a tasty meal with great service, this place is a solid option. I’ll definitely be coming back.

haven't been in a while...big difference from servers to ordering on machine but all in all the food was great and the staff was friendly.

It's basically self serve.. you order in a kiosk.. they hollar your name out to pick up good.. you get two tickets to scan for your beverage which turns on the beverage machine.. you clear your own table.. so give yourself a nice tip since YOU did a good job.. lol
