Steak 'n Shake

There was 4 tables and our food took insanely long. I ordered a butter burger which is my favorite thing to get. I don’t live near a steak ‘n shake so it’s always super exciting for me to go. I get my burger and immediately realize that there’s white stuff all around, and the paper around my burger is soaked. I open my burger to realize that there is a POUND of butter on my burger. (see image attached) Really disappointed. There was so much butter it leaked through the bottom of the bun. It was gross. I’m about ready to have a heart attack now.

Excellent! I'll eat here more often. Two dbl cheeseburger combo meals, each with a basket of fries and a large drink for under $18. Best lunch deal I've had in a while. Burgers were tasty and fries hot and crispy. Unsweet tea excellent. Restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom. Probably a very good manager running this store. We were a bit surprised by the kiosk ordering system. Sometimes the kiosk ordering systems are difficult, McDonald's comes to mind. However Steak and Shake must've figured that out as theirs was very easy. Price/Value/Service I'll give it an A+.

I went through the drive thru and my order was completely wrong. I went back through the drive thru to have it fixed. The young man said okay to fix the order and never returned to the window. I had to go inside to have them remake the order . Waited over 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous . Horrible customer service.

We arrived at the drive thru and no service. We saw people in the dining room so we tried to go inside. Sign on building stated dining open. People were coming out at 1 pm on a Friday. When we went to the door it was locked. No signs posted and no service. Very bad.

Wow! That was really well made and so fresh and portioned so good , the manager on duty Justin is simply amazing he cares about every order and every customer that walks in very polite friendly and professional, thank you for having such amazing people running your store
