Steak Escape

Listen to the other reviews, please. This place is awful. I've been here twice before and both times were subpar but I hoped it was just a bad today. Today proved it's a feature not a bug. My fries were cold in the center, after I had to wait 20 minutes for them to be done since there were so many people in front of me. I took them back to let the person at the register know, and he said they're all cooked the same amount of time. I let him know that I've eaten here before, and that I'm not sure what's different but they're cold. He said he'd get a manager. The manager argued me that they're all cooked and I was the problem, he asked for a receipt and said he'd refund me, I gave him the receipt and then he denied my refund because it had been over 15 minutes! The food here is always good and fresh. Today, it was amazing so I had to leave a review. I have never had a bad meal here. You definitely wont be sorry!

Great food at affordable prices! The employees are nice and have been upholding a standard of cleanliness and quickness for many years. Great cheesesteaks and loaded fries!

I went to steak escape inside the Wolfchase mall and got two regular chicken bacon club sandwiches. I was given hard old bread on both my sandwiches. After getting my food I went to a table sat down and opened both my sandwiches and discovered the old hard bread. I went back to the counter and spoke with the manager who was very dismissive and didn't even have the decency to look at the sandwich. He accused me of lying and stated I bought the food yesterday. The manager was very disrespectful and rude and I not once raised my voiced, used profanity, or said anything disrespectful to him. If I could give this no stars I would. They're very unprofessional.

The past reviewers were not lying. I spent close to $30 dollars ordering 2 large philly streaks and 2 orders of fried. It was not worth it. The sandwiches were not tasty and it barely had some meat,bell peppers,mushroom on it. God is not pleased with people trying to get over and your business will suffer the consequences. I pray they take heed to the words being expressed by the viewers listed and the ones who did not care to express.
