Steadfast Nutrition is awesome! I’ve been to both locations, the one by Rising Tide Gym and the other one next to Eggs Up Grill in Hampstead , and they’re both consistently great 🙌!! The drinks are always fresh, high quality, and taste amazing every single time! You can tell they really care about what they’re making on top of that, the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great protein shake/smoothie/tea spot with amazing service! Their Waffles are amazing too you guys need to try it!

So I visit the brand new location for Steadfast. I'm a big Herbalife fan and I just read my good friend, Kamal's review. The shake is EXCELLENT! I believe I had the Banana Split. However, I feel that the server and the enviroment is a bit.....hollow. She's a somewhat nice person but I had more friendly service in other Herbalife locations. I might go back in the future. We'll see.

Steadfast Nutrition is my go-to for healthy mega teas and protein shakes. Everything tastes great, the ingredients are solid, and they have an awesome selection of protein snacks and supplements. The staff is super friendly and helpful, I’m always greeted by the nicest girls and I always leave feeling fueled and energized. Highly recommend!

This review is based off their smaller location on 16621 US 17. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Julie is an incredible hostess and she's very engaging. I would totally recommended this place if you are in the Hampstead area! I'm going to try out their other location in the very new future!😁

From a community perspective, the owner Alyssa has been an amazing supporter at local workouts and health and wellness events, always showing up for Hampstead in a big way. From a personal perspective, their staff is always so friendly + I’ve had their shakes and teas and they’re seriously amazing — clean, great-tasting, and something I recommend to clients all the time. If you’re local, check them out for shakes, teas, protein, electrolytes — all the good stuff. 10/10.
