After I inquired to book the house and the price was $150/night, the owner Kacie increased the price by $100 a night, bringing the total up to $250/night instead. She said that the program's "algorithm" automatically does this, so if you want to book, I suggest you do it immediately and not give the "algorithm" a chance to recognize your interest.
