SECOND REVIEW: 10/2025 Friendly Seating Suggestion Hello, I hope your day is going well. I live near the 63rd & Cass Starbucks and often stop by after work. I’ve noticed that many local middle and high school students like to visit together after school, which is great to see. I wanted to kindly suggest adding a long high-top style table in the open area to the left when you walk in — it seems like the perfect spot for groups to gather without disrupting the usual customer flow near the register and seating area. It could make the space even more welcoming for everyone and help keep the café organized during busy hours. I come to this Starbucks almost every morning and usually love my drinks, but today was disappointing. My matcha drink wasn't made properly-there were clumps of matcha that weren't mixed well, and instead of the usual nice layers with the cold foam on top, everything was blended together, making it look unappetizing. For the price, I expect better quality. Starbucks is already expensive, so when a drink isn't made right, it feels like a waste. I hope this was just a one-time mistake because I usually enjoy coming here! The first picture is how It usually look like

I am writing to express my disappointment about an unpleasant experience that happened recently at your store. My child politely asked for a cup of water, and the barista responded very rudely, saying, “You didn’t make a purchase, so I can’t give you water.” Our family are regular customers at this location and have always appreciated Starbucks’ friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However, this experience was truly upsetting, especially because the remark was directed toward a child who was being polite and respectful. We have never experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks.I am not mentioning his name because I believe everyone deserves a chance to improve. I tried the crml crunch frappe and mocha frappe it was too sweet for me and i codnt feel any taste. later i asked to change it for me. They did but coudnt find any chnage the second time. All over i like the service.

Disappointing experience twice with the same barista. Questioned my name choice and then acted sarcastic about it. Today I waited a long time and didn’t get my drink until another employee helped. Please keep service respectful and consistent.
