I had such a great experience at this location. Honestly, the best in a long time. Kudos to the team here!! Specifically the team working on Wednesday, February 18 @ 4pm. As a former Starbucks manager, I naturally notice the details — and this team absolutely impressed me. I walked in and was immediately greeted, which always sets the tone. The café and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, which says a lot about pride in the store. When I ordered my drink, the barista mentioned they’d never heard of it before and said it sounded like a solid pick — which made me smile. Since it was a slower time of day, the team was able to genuinely engage in conversation. I PAID $19.21 TO HAVE A VENTI ICED SHAKEN EXPRESSO DELIVERED TO ME, to my place of work LITERALLY RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD!! Gets to me and half was ALL SPILT AT BOTTOM OF BAG but THE VENTI EXPRESSO TASTES LIKE HAD 1/2 SHOT OF EXPRESSO PUT IN IT!! NO COLD FOAM!! BARELY ANY FLAVOR!! NOT DUE TO HALF BEING SPILT IN BAG THAT IS FOR SURE!! WASTE OF MONEY!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

We went in this morning for red cup day and had such a great experience, despite how busy it was! The baristas were all working together to quickly get orders out and my coffee was perfect! Thank you to Olivia for recommending the iced gingerbread chai. My daughter said it’s her new favorite drink!

The staff was nice. The manager is not. She made no attempt to reach out to her supervisor to deal with the problem. I drive half an hour to go to that particular store to get my drink after calling to be sure they have the ingredients. Today they are charging me double for an add on that is included here and elsewhere half the time. I don't mind paying for an add on but double? The product expires in a couple of days and they'd rather throw it away than keep a customer. There's 3 other Starbucks the same distance so big X through this one. After all that, they gave me the wrong lid that can't be used with the Boba straw. Guess it'll be a half hour before I can cut a hole in the top when I get home. Finally, my add on was even less than usual!? Yep.

love the girls tht work there they always say nice things to me and say they love my owl purse. there so friendly and made drinks and food really good. i go there alot. so recommended the westerly starbucks. there the best. thanks for making me feel wekcome
