Tabitha at the Starbucks in Waynesboro, PA is absolutely amazing. She took the time to help me figure out why my coffee suddenly started tasting off (it turned out to be related to a medication), and instead of brushing it off, she genuinely listened and worked with me to find options that would suit my palate. That level of care is so rare. She is beyond kind, friendly, and patient, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. I pass multiple Starbucks locations and intentionally go out of my way to visit this one — and it’s all because of her. Everyone at this store is nice, but Tabitha consistently goes above and beyond in a way that makes you feel remembered and valued. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Starbucks is lucky to have her.

I generally avoid publicly discussing personal matters, but I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the Starbucks location in Waynesboro PA. As a regular customer who visits daily, the staff is well-acquainted with my usual order. Recently, I experienced difficulties with my bank account and credit card due to a hacking incident. Consequently, I had to replace my bank card and credit card, and I have been locking my credit card as a precautionary measure. After changing all my passwords, I visited the bank today to obtain a new debit card. Later, when I stopped by Starbucks, I realized I had only one new replacement credit card with me, along with a new password, and I had left all other cards at home. Assuming it was unlocked, I attempted to scan it, only to find it was locke

The staff at this Starbucks this morning were stellar & efficient. They were kind, courteous & cheerful! Thanks for making a great cup of coffee and adding cheer to the day as well! I ordered a caramel brûlée latte & egg bites.

20230422 They have lots of PA been there mugs!! When kids don't behave... Starbucks had to put lockers on restroom doors... and why is there a needle disposal box in the bathroom. First time seeing it at a Starbucks. This location is interesting. The Baristas were great! Please don't forget to tip. I decided to collect the Starbucks Been There State Mugs recently and attempting to go back to all the states that my pups visited. I got so lucky!!! This is their last one!! The baristas are so nice and friendly at this Starbucks!!

A work in progress I'll say. Yes they got my coffee wrong, the rest of it under the whip cream was good. My wife and I were and still are so happy that Starbucks is here in Waynesboro and know they will continue to get better and we will continue to enjoy their coffee. Thanks to our local Starbucks crew keep up the good work. I am so glad to report that our local Waynesboro Starbucks and their employees are doing a tremendous job. Every time we go our drinks get better and better. The coffee shop is kept clean and the baristas have great attitudes that go along with the great job that they are doing. Coffee lovers around Waynesboro support you local Starbucks and keep them open.
