Great location. Adorable B&B. Very clean, Amanda was an amazing host who made a fantastic multi-course breakfast. Cookies and coffee and tea available all day. Easy check-in and out. Will definitely stay again

My BF and I stayed here for one night while we were walking the Appalachian Trail in 2010. We absolutely loved this B&B. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated very well. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The innkeepers were very kind, and picked us up and dropped us off at the trail head. It was a perfect rest during our trip, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Came to the area for a family event and wanted to stay a night in a nice bed and breakfast and found The Amberson House. The hosts, Amanda and Diane, were pleasant and extremely helpful. On the day of our arrival, I received a text message from Amanda asking our approximate arrival and on our drive up received a message about the parking location, and to pull in front of the building if we were unable to find it. Being that I have a good sense of direction, I was able to navigate to the back of the building where the parking was located pretty easily. My 11 y/o daughter and I enjoyed our stay and are already planning our return. We were looking for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing space and we sure found it at the Amberson House. We stayed in the Castle Room and enjoyed some of the awesome amenities (games, cornhole, delicious cookies). Each common room was comfortable, the home squeaky clean & Innkeeper, Patricia was beyond accommodating. Who knew there was such a hidden gem in little old Waynesboro!! I have stayed in many B&B but this may be my favorite! Did I mention how delicious breakfast was? Made to order, delicious and filling for our whole day! We can't wait to return!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Amberson House. In addition to being beautiful, it is tastefully and appropriately appointed.||||We stayed in the Captain's Quarters which was clean, comfortable, and "cozy". There were more spacious rooms available but we choose the Captain's Quarters for peace and quiet. It's in the rear of the building on the second floor away from the very busy street out front.||||Our breakfast started with fresh fruit cups and the main course was delicious and thoughtfully prepared per our dietary request. ||||Our host Amanda was very personable and couldn't have been more accommodating. She bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable.||||We've stayed in dozens of B&B's over the years and the Amberson House is definitely one of our favorites
