Starbucks

I had a really unpleasant experience with one of the servers today. She was extremely rude and seemed irritated when I took just a couple of seconds to decide on my drink even though there was no line behind me. Her attitude felt not just unprofessional but borderline racist, which made the whole experience feel hostile and uncomfortable. Expecting basic respect when I’m a paying customer is bare minimum.

Service was great originally with a young gentlemen cant remember his name. The drink was not up to standard but I did atip back in and management made me a new drink that was perfection. Thanks so much.

They failed the 4 minute rule. I waited 20 minutes for a wrap that took 2 minutes to assemble. I watched her. And she was not friendly or welcoming. In her defense, she was the only one working the front and preparing the food for the front customers (apparently). But still... 20 minutes?

They mess up ur drinks a lot, are very rude. They shouldn’t be working there if they’re going to be rude.

I have never felt compelled to write a review for fast food spots but oh my god I have no idea why everyone at this Starbucks was so mean lol our brown sugar shaken espressos were flat out the worst renditions of the drink we’ve had. Sad
