Starbucks

Someone picked up a drink for me and drove away assuming it was the correct drink. Ordered a mocha cookie crumble and received a caramel ribbon crunch. I can’t reach the store so I tried calling customer service and I was told that without a receipt they can’t do anything. Well isn’t that just convenient since they don’t give out receipts. Lost my business

The Starbucks seemed very mediocre at best. It looks like it's been in operation for a while yet there are no reviews, and there was only one customer there to get anything to eat or drink during the entire 20 minutes that I stopped by. It's hard to justify over $4 for a basic Americano, which is essentially just water with one or two shots of espresso. Hard to say that Starbucks is living up to the name they used to be. Coffee seems to be more bitter than it used to be. And they don't seem to be very innovative.

I've been coming here for coffee and food for over 4 years. Was great, now in the last 3 months visits, drinks not starbucks quality, food not fresh, even missing half the cheese from grilled cheese sandwich. Sorry to say that I won't be going back to this starbucks!
