Customer Reviews
Just went through and got 2 venti mocha frappes and they were not made properly at all. Zero sweetness and weak coffee flavor. I expected better for nearly $14 and the customer service was doo doo. Not very friendly and I sat at the drive thru window for about 3 minutes before they acknowledged me. Hopefully they get better but I'll drive to Edwardsville if I want Starbucks again.
Becca👸🏼really agood person. Having ability to listen the customer. Starbucks must hire this kind people. 5star rating for her professionalism, order acuracy & the way she talks with the customers (very gently).
I order the same drink, every day. This location fails to add the caramel topping and caramel drizzle to my cup Every. Single. Time.
Food is amazing and love the coffee its the best Starbucks I been too so far i will be returning
