Casey's

Quite possibly the worst pumps in this area. Doesn't accept debit cards half the time and will lock them in place when trying to remove it after it tells you to remove the card and error out. I've told the workers and they normally don't care. Circle K is just down the road and they're usually cheaper on everything anyway.

So this isn't the biggest or fanciest Casey's I've ever been to, but it meets all the needs. A lot of food options, both hot and cold. Lot of refrigerated/frozen items. There is a walk in beer room that has more alcohol. They usually have everything I need. The employees are WONDERFUL!! I haven't used the bathrooms and don't remember if there is an air pump. The gas pumps are pretty standard.

Ordered a pizza over 20 minutes ago that was supposed to be done in “19 minutes” just to come up here and she hadn’t even started it yet! Gets worse every time I order from here!

Ordered Pizza Delivery to my hotel. As a regular customer in my home town in Missouri, we have never had an issue with our orders. I paid $2 extra for a topping I did not get, which makes the pizza for me. I held off ample time after contacting customer service prior to submitting this review to give them an opportunity to make it right. This far, nothing. At this point , I look at this as a slap on the face as a customer. Customers are the ones who keep the doors open and only expect a resolve with their concerns. I will be in this area for the next several weeks but will avoid ordering from this location again. Their lack of training on customer service and timely resolve will hurt their business if it is not corrected.

The workers are very nice when I come in, it’s very refreshing and they treat you with the utmost respect. Unlike other Casey’s in the area, they always have fresh pizza in the heating cabinet! I love coming to this gas station and also love the workers for everything thing they do! Thank you! : )
