Starbucks

I ordered a pistachio Frappuccino and was given this. I questioned the color of the drink and was told this is the correct drink. There is definitely not any coffee in this drink. We also ordered a lavender matcha drink and were given a chai matcha

During the most recent snow storm I had the unfortunate experience of becoming stranded in the plaza parking lot, in my dead car due to a dead battery. Tried jumping it and nothing. Tow companies wouldn't come until 7am to bring me back to CT. This ordeal began at 930p. At 5a I asked the staff at market basket to use their restroom through their glass because they wouldn't open the door and they refused. I called starbucks and was told they were open fully. I walked over and asked to use the restroom and was directed. Once I got out, I ordered a latte and explained that I was waiting on a tow, they willingly offered their seating area, and helped me find an outlet to charge my phone while I waited. Crew 20 is amazing! I received my order before I left the parking lot. It was on the floor of my car. I went in to grab some napkins to clean up and they offered to make me a new beverage. They were extremely kind and attentive. Thank you!

This Starbucks is my favorite location. They make the best cappuccino with oat milk — I’ve tried many other places, but this one is definitely my favorite. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, and the space is comfortable, not cold. It is also very clean. The staff do a great job, and I always enjoy coming here.

My absolute favorite Starbucks!! It’s so clean, everyone is so nice and my coffee is always made perfectly! If your in the area definitely give them a try :)
