Starbucks

I asked for a shaken espresso but never was a shake and they took 30 minutes to make a doppio shame on them. They were completing online orders first before in store orders so not something. I would recommend to stop here. That’s why their driveway drive-through is super slow. They kept preparing online orders while there was no one there to pick them up We weren’t greeted at first as well, like it was so blunt definite just what would you have ? What I saw in the station and heard the reps talking about I saw the woman changed the trash and didn’t change your gloves again to start making coffee I understand that the location is in countryside but hygiene shouldn’t be compromised.

Stopped in for a quick break while on a road trip to DC. The team was friendly and attentive and the drink I ordered came out quickly! The store is beautiful and the bathroom was clean. ⭐️

We were on the way to Shenandoah and wanted to get some coffee and breakfast. This Starbucks popped up on our GPS. We were pleasantly surprised to see quite a fancy Starbucks with fancy furniture in the middle of nowhere. I don't usually go to Starbucks for coffee, but this was our only choice, and I cannot make any complaints about that. The staff was friendly, and our food came out quickly. The bacon, egg croissant tasted great, and the coffee did its job for the location. If you're on your way to Shenandoah, maybe remember this place for coffee and breakfast. Otherwise, you may have to settle for gas station coffee and hot dogs.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel it’s important to share. I ordered a matcha latte with specific customizations. When I tasted it, the matcha was noticeably bitter. I calmly and politely went back through the drive-thru and asked if there was a way to fix it. I did not ask for a free drink or a refund—just a fix, even something as simple as extra syrup on the side. The drink was remade, but while I was at the window, one employee stared me down and I could hear them complaining about me, saying they made it “exactly the same way.” That alone was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was so looking forward to an iced pumpkin cream chai and put in a mobile order for my husband to pick up for me. This location consistently messes up my order and I still keeping coming back…my fault. I don’t know what they gave me but there is no pumpkin cream cold foam on top…just regular whipped cream. I don’t want to come back to get a new one. Why can’t it be made correctly the first time? Or better yet, offer to credit my account. 😑Today is not the day…we had our dog put to sleep today, so this didn’t help.
