The lady working the counter was super friendly and genuinely helpful. Instead of just ordering off the menu, I told her a few of my favorite ingredients and flavor preferences, and she took the time to craft a custom drink just for me. Her enthusiasm and skill made my entire day. This level of personalized, five-star service and commitment to making a perfect drink is what will keep me coming back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t remember the name of a drink that had been recommended to me somewhere else, but I described it and they were so patient and helpful in figuring out exactly what it was. The whole experience easy and enjoyable. Such kind and attentive service!

While Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere, the staff is what makes this particular location truly great. They are the first people I see most mornings, and it's wonderful to always start my day greeted with a friendly smile. The service is fantastic, and if something isn't right, they fix it. I come to Starbucks in Port Allen LOUISIANA every day because the staff is so warm and friendly. They talk to you that make you feel at home and you enjoy coming just sitting talking and enjoying your Starbucks drinks. Each one of the Starbucks employees are friendly and I come here every day As a matter of fact, I come here so much when they see my car pull up. They automatically know what I want when I walk through the door and that speaks volumes to me.

I don't get over to Port Allen often, but when I do I always stop at this location. The store and restrooms are always kept clean. As a diabetic I will sometimes ask for something different but not sweet and they have always knocked it out of the park. I normally get the bagel but I tried the Bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich and it was great!
