Andre's Cajun Cracklins

We stopped here on our road trip for their pork cracklin and boudin balls! They did not disappoint 👏 🔥 We got the alligator gar boudin balls, regular boudin balls, and pork cracklin. I loved the regular boudin balls. They had just the right amount of spice. The alligator balls reminded my dad of how his mother used to make them when he was growing up, so he was a fan. The pork cracklins were really tasty, but some pieces were a bit harder than I'd like. I'd still get them again, though 😂 LOVED this little restaurant. A must stop on the way out of state.

Normally the place is great with great customer service. A new black lady works there now, she has a very bad attitude. Poor customer service, wanted to charge me $4.59 for one mini meat pie. I then ask the price of the regular meat pie, she rolled her eyes and said $4.59. I told her good bye and that we were leaving because she has a nasty attitude towards customers. Smh, please get her away from the service window. Let her emptyhe trash or sweep.

Really enjoyed Andre's. We tried the chicken cracklins and fried boudin balls. The chicken cracklins had a good ratio of meat to skin. These were some good gratons. The boudin balls are my wife's favorite to date. We will be back for sure and can't stop eating the cracklins.

Everything I've had from here has been 🔥🔥🔥. From the chicken crackling, boudin balls, OMG the boil shrimp!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Definitely a MUST to stop and partake!!!!

A take out window and 2 nice young ladies were very helpful. We got some boudin balls, boiled peanuts, and crackins. Everything was very good
