Starbucks

Allison made me the BEST coffee I have ever had I constantly go back for her to make my coffee the others are good but hers is superior in every way. She always takes the time to come out and make sure it's good and no matter how busy she is she will ALWAYS take the time to visit for a min I literally come back to this Starbucks because of her.

Shay is extremely rude!! Came in 2/19 2:12pm and ordered my usual. I’m a regular here that always orders the same thing. I was there early today and got to watch her make it. Shay was slamming things around and making fun of my order with another coworker who later claimed to be their manager on duty. She said “this is the same thing as a brown sugar shaken expresso, people don’t know how to order.” When she sat my drink down at the pickup counter I asked her “Whats wrong with it?” She looked like a dear in headlights realizing I heard and saw everything. She immediately snarls back “nothing” I told her that I knew it was the same thing and I do know how to order. I explained to her the way I choose to order it is much cheaper and shouldn’t affect her at all. She throws me a “whatever” an

I am a huge coffee connoisseur and I am often times disappointed in Starbucks lattes, however, I highly recommend getting the lavender oat latte or caramel macchiato from this location. They have outdone themselves. Quality coffee, I can actually taste the espresso! The milk was frothed to perfection and not too heavy on the syrups. Very very pleased and will definitely be back!

I live in Oklahoma City but travel to Poplar Bluff often. I can go to any Starbucks in the OKC metro, Springfield, or Joplin and order the exact same coffee that I order every time I go (every weekday) and they will make it exactly right. When I place that same order here, they consistently make it wrong and tell me im ordering wrong. How is that the case when dozens of locations across Oklahoma and Missouri can make it correctly and never say anything about my order being "wrong". In addition to the lackluster service, the tables and countertops here are always sticky and they use the lobby/seating area as storage for their boxes.
