Fresh 'N Prep'd

First time having it today and I ordered the smoked salmon bowl… I don’t like fish but this was probably the most elite dish I’ve ever had. I would way $30 dollars for it. And only $16!?!?. The staff were so nice, helpful, and professional. Y’all have just gained a life long customer!!!

We had the bunless turkey burger and chicken quesadilla and they were both delicious. We will absolutely be coming back. I’m working on losing weight (20lbs down so far) and I love that they’re very transparent about their nutrition information. And the girl at the window was very sweet :)

Great food...fresh, healthy & thoughtfully prepared. I buy my meals here regularly & have never been disappointed. Having delicious prepared meals has saved me valuable time & money.

Was passing through the area visiting family and wanted something for lunch other than your normal “fast food”. Wanted something healthy. Let me just say! YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE!!! This is great food and I definitely will be back.
