Starbucks

I came in ready to order so i don’t seem like an idiot with my phone and the guy still managed to get my order wrong. i read it and he typed it in before i was done talking and said anything else mid sentence and got it wrong. he gave me the most disgusting drink ever that didn’t even correlate at all to what i told him. Never coming here again don’t recommend.

It's not a place for elderly. Was treated like I had leprosy. Management should train their employees to treat everyone equally. I had never been to a Starbucks so I didn't know how to order. The clerk (who's name I should have written down) said well you can read the sign and I will wait on the person behind you. So I left , very embarrassed. Guess my money is not good enough.

literally took 15 minutes for a hot drip coffee after ordering it and reminding them to get it. the system just doesn't work for this type of setup.. what convenience excuses the cost at this rate?

Incredibly slow service. 2 girls working there to busy talking to help customers and they don't make coffee's correctly. Ordered a shaken espresso they apparently forgot the shaken part of the coffee. I'd recommend avoiding this starbucks.

I am honestly a strong black coffee drinker, not a fan of deep french roasted coffee but I had a cold brew with chocolate cream coffee, no French Roasted burnt aroma or aftertaste....it was delicious. The chocolate cream kinda melted into the cold brew and it was sumptuous....it was even worth the $5.43 price tag because it was that good.
