Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day after trying the restaurant for the first time last month. This establishment cares about their food and their craft. The items on the menu and on special are always carefully crafted and plated beautifully. I only have good things to say about Cook and Dagger and recommend everyone try it atleast once. We got the Brussels sprout appetizer and WOW was it flavorful!!! I ordered the crispy salmon and am so happy I tried it. My partner ordered the rabbit and I find that rabbit can be hit or miss at places but it was soooo tender and was like stew meat. I hope they do the duck confit flat bread that was on special in January again because I practically dream about how unique and satisfying it was!!

Cook & Dagger has been my go-to Rhode Island restaurant since 2018, and it’s always the first place I recommend. Now celebrating 10 years and newly relocated from Smithfield to North Providence, this spot stands out as one of the best restaurants in Rhode Island. Chris and Taylor have built something phenomenal — a North Providence restaurant that’s creative, consistent, and always memorable. From holiday sides to seasonal specials, every meal feels like an experience. Last week my friend and I had the croquettes, crispy Brussels sprouts, jalapeño watermelon wings, tacos, and a Caesar salad topped with crispy-skin salmon — all phenomenal. Must-order dishes: Brussels sprouts, all the wing flavors, croquettes, poutine, and the chocolate mousse pie. If you’re searching for the best restau

Absolutely Amazing. My wife and I have been big fans of cook and dagger since they were at the old location. Since moving we have been a couple times and they never fail to consistently put out the best, highest quality food in the area! The wings are always crunchy and fall off the bone cooked to perfection. The steak is always cooked perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant. Definitely make reservations as the new location is not large. We like go on Wednesday’s when it’s a little slower it can be a little chilly in the winter so if your wearing a jacket wear a sweater underneath so you don’t need to wear your jacket to be comfortable.

I have been wanting to try this place for years and finally made a reservation a few weeks ago. The restaurant itself is quite small with limited space so it is recommended to have a reservation. We found an on street parking spot not too far down from the restaurant but I could see how this might be the only down side of the new location. Service was great, our waitress was attentive and friendly. We started with the croquettes which were crispy creamy and flavorful and had the wings du jour, also delicious! I opted for the poutine (with egg) and arugula salad as my meal and both were sooooo good I am so glad I decided on those. It was a great mix of savory and rich and bright and fresh. My husband had the chicken and dumplings and he ate the whole thing. The other couple we were with had

Their new location is quaint and chic. Perfect for a date night! The sweet potato hummus is out of this world. Their fall menu is the epitome of comfort food mixed with creativity. Highly recommend!
