Night shift security guy at gate was super pleasant and helpful. Lady in shipping office was too. Very nice and friendly. She even made me the best coffee ever. God bless them here. Thx guys :) Happy new year to you too:)

Today was the fourth delivery over the last 7 weeks. All deliveries were different products and machines. All 4 loads were 1 to 1.5 hours of dock time. Very impressed!! The bad reviews may have had load or driver issues. Great job again crew!!!

Nice ppl “NEED VEST TO ENTER YARD” if not no service.. will put you in door if early if there not busy Staff was very helpful… Read the first photo to know what to do there, very easy to get around to find driver check in

I would like to say that they let me in 1 hour 30 minutes earlier than the appointed time. Still, try to arrive at the appointed time so that you do not have any unnecessary questions. That's the only problem. I arrived at Starbucks much earlier, but I had to wait. But 1.5 earlier, they still let me in. When they give you a door, don’t tear off the seals, they will come and remove them themselves. Unhook the trailer and stand nearby. Unloading times vary. The staff is very friendly, thank them for that. Good Company, but I would still like them to respect our time, since any downtime is a waste of our budget. For this alone,,,🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars. 6am live-unload appointment turned into a drop&hook, dropped the empty trailer off, found my trailer that I'm picking up (took a picture of the seal) and bobtailed to the shipping/receiving office around 05:45am. Office doesn't open until 6am so waited in the truck until 6am, walked inside and the shipping/receiving office had a notice on the glass window of them being in a 1-hour meeting so 07:05am is when I finally got assisted with my BOL. Easy drop&hook location. Without the waiting I'd say it'll take about 30-45 min tops with doing a pre-trip on the next trailer.
