Starbucks

This place is ridiculous. Every time I order my favorite drink, it’s never filled up. Pay almost 8 bucks for a drink that’s always just halfway full and the baristas just want to argue instead of trying to make sure the customer leaves happy with what they paid for. Pic is an example of what they found to be acceptable for a venti drink and made it look the same after I asked for it to be remade. I never have this issue at any other Starbucks nearby. This is also adding 3 extra shot of espresso so it should definitely be full.

Comfortable Starbucks on Rte 114 in Middleton. Has a nice drive thru and plenty of parking out front, and seating inside.

On October 21st I went the drive-through to get my drink, and when it comes to my drink, I’m very specific about what I want and how I like it to be made. the gentleman on the drive through window who was taking my order was very short with me and abrupt that I even couldn’t finish what I was about to tell him. by the time I get to the window, I got my drink and it was terrible. The drink didn’t have enough ice. I simply asked him to shake it well and it was not shaken. The drink was absolutely disgusting. Middleton Starbucks on Andover Street my question for your staff is if I am paying for the drink why is it so difficult to make it right for your customers who are paying for their drinks?! I’m not one to leave reviews but, I was compelled to do so after today’s coffee… My husband was in the area and decided to pick up our usual. The syrup my husband likes is no longer in season, and the suggestion given by the person working the drive thru (Saturday Morning), “Delicious!”. I now have a new favorite from my usual, which I must point out was perfect as well! Today’s coffee reminded me of why I started having Starbucks!

Good Starbucks, really great employees! I adore the mini library they have. I did almost make the mistake of driving directly to the Walgreens next door, but even though it looks like the parking lots are connected, they are not! Nothing to do with Sbux, but just a heads up!
