Sam's Place

I came very early after work, so I can’t say much about that atmosphere… The service seemed to be good but now that I have my order I’m not sure that was the case. When looking at the menu, it said the stuffed French toast was filled with cream cheese and fruits. Mine has an egg on it and I the cream cheese is spread on it as if it were a bagel, presentation is so lousy you may not taste it. Furthermore, it is cold. Small, would not recommend for the price 🙂 also, the eggs are not seasoned… OK now to top the story off I found an air in my food after I had eaten half of it already. The food is not bad. It’s just not worth paying for. I was given a choice if I wanted to get another sandwich or have the money refunded and I chose a refund of course!

I stopped in on my way past to get some quick breakfast. The owners were there and very accommodating. I got the sampler which included everything and it was cooked just right and highly recommend this place

Sorry for this review. It looked good to start. Got some coffees and a water. My glass of water had some plastic piece in it. The coffee cream container had old hard milk stuck to the inside, I scraped off with my spoon. Ordered omelet with sausage onion pepper and feta. The omelet was a little over cooked with black speckling on it. The potatoes were delicious. My pancakes had black speckling on them as well from an unclean griddle. The guy behind me Ordered a burger, no buns. He had it on texas toast. My wife ordered the eggs Benedict. Sorry we don't have hollandaire sauce. So she had cheese instead. I was borderline thinking of just leaving. I hope they can work on the cleanliness a little bit more.

Been here a bunch of times now.. love it and it seems to be getting even better somehow! Egg sandwiches are made with real/fresh and local eggs... they get there bagels baked locally too. People here are just lovely too. Can't say enough good things. Sorry my picture isn't the best.. lol.. oh - the home fries were amazing too! So tasty!

Decided to try it after driving by. What a find! They just opened a few weeks ago. Home fries are amazing. The heart healthy skillet was awesome. Lots of fresh ingredients. And the bagel sandwich was very fresh and well prepared. Will make this a regular stop. Good luck Sam’s!
