Starbucks

I have came to this location many times. The issues here are constant—not a one-time thing. The staff, especially in the drive-thru, are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This location is not in compliance with Starbucks policies. They either don’t know them, or they just don’t care. I’ve tried addressing genuine concerns multiple times, and the district manager seems completely unwilling to step in and actually fix anything. Complaints get ignored, and the problems just keep repeating. Not to mention the prices here are outrageous for the service you get.

Rude staff. Arrived 15 min prior to closing and informed “everything” is shut off so unable to order. Just close early then at 4:45 or pay the staff to stay 15 minutes after but make it clear to the public what the hours are.

Manager Jen is making employees come in to work when there is a bad snow storm coming. I guess they expect a lot of business and I guess they don't care about the safety of their employees.

Multiple times I’ve gone there 15-20min before they close and they already have the oven off so no hot food, and last night (12/11) I was told “ hello, we close in 15 minutes. I can get you coffee or cold brew what can I get for you” SO frustrating! I work nights, so this is my breakfast and my morning coffee that I can barely ever get because they always close early.

I love Starbucks and go there regularly. I got the same drink I always do and the drink was terrible. Not sure what they did to it! Ordered my husband a blond road and got the dark roast. Normally Starbucks employees are extremely friendly. Not here. The girl that waited on us at the drive thru was not friendly at all! You pay more for products in toll plaza, you expect the same quality!
