Starbucks

I really don’t come to this Starbucks often. The reason is because about half the time I go to this Starbucks, my drink is not made correctly. The first beverage, I just got this morning…. Matcha lattes are blended in a blender with the syrup, the Matcha powder, the milk, and the ice. There is no reason there should be syrup on the bottom of cup. When you’re paying seven dollars for a drink, you would hope that it would be made correctly. The second one pictured is a pumpkin cream cold brew. It should be black coffee with pumpkin foam on the top and there should be a label on the cup. This is the last drink I got from the store. This is absolutely not correct. I ordered it the standard way that it should not look like that. It should be pumpkin, cold foam, and black coffee on the bottom.

Very nice, young lady named kat? maybe kait, could tell I was stressed and got everything done fast. Too many corporate zombies these days, good to see.

Just picked up an order and instead of giving me the spicy falafel pocket that I ordered, they gave me the jalapeño chicken one. I could not tell until I I got home and took a bite saying they look similar. This is the second time my food had been mixed up at this location in the last couple weeks. Extremely disappointed

I’m making this review bc I’m honestly fed up. It doesn’t matter how early I order in the morning, I’m always waiting an extremely long time for it! I placed my order at 5:55AM and did not walk out of Starbucks until 6:15AM. The inside had 5 people total and 2 cars were in the driveway. The app said it was supposed to be ready at 6:04AM and I did not get it until 6:15AM. This is ALL the TIME at this location. They had more staff than customers so I never understand whyyyyyy it takes so long! The is very upsetting bc it makes me let to work.

Ordering an ordinary, Pike Place Roast, drip coffee and you will wait 10+ minutes longer than your mobile order estimated time. They will somehow make 25 specialty drinks before being able to make a simple, regular, drip for them, coffee.
