Starbucks

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The employee I interacted with showed a consistently bad attitude and lack of professionalism. This is not a one-time incident—every time I visit this location and encounter this employee, she has a bad attitude, comes across as rude and dismissive, and makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. There was no effort to provide basic customer service. Starbucks usually holds higher standards, which made this repeated experience especially disappointing. I never deal with this at any other Starbucks locations in Lake County. I have clipped the picture of the employee below.

This crew is amazing! They're friendly, efficient, kind and personable. They keep their store super clean and their restrooms are immaculate! I try to visit whenever I am in town!

I'm a frequent Starbucks customer, but unfortunately, my experiences have been hit-or-miss when it comes to my drinks. More often than not, I've come home to find that my order is incorrect. I wish Starbucks would implement a more reliable process to prevent mistakes from happening again, such as double checking the order to make sure it’s right through the drive thru window.

I was so excited to try out the new Starbucks! Feeling great! Great sunny day! I pulled up and was yelled at by a man on top of the garbage enclosure. I have been a garbage person for 45 years so I understand not liking your job no matter what color you paint it. No excuse to treat anyone that badly! I asked him why he did not have parking spaces blocked off instead of just yelling and making hand gestures? He then proceeded to really yell at me and told me to just get out of there. No please or thank you needed here. This is unheard of for Starbucks! They are always the nicest. I probably will not go back

Matcha's great, and it's a really cozy place. You should totally check it out when you're in Lakeport! It's not crowded and super quiet.
