Santanas Cottage Cafe and Catering

My son just moved up to Lakeport from central Cali for a paramedic job. I scoped out the town via Maps & chose a few places to sight see. Santanas made my list & thank goodness!! The food was fresh, hot & delicious. Portions were generous. Flavors were so complimentary of each other!! I ordered the grilled cheese w side salad & a side of fries. The grilled cheese was brie cheese!!! Also w apples & fig spread!! O my gosh I've never had such a delightful grilled cheese before!!! My husband & I split the sandwich, I had the salad & he & our son had the fries. The fries were DELICIOUS! We came just before closing time & the fries were fried in CLEAN oil! Wow! Great little Cafe. The service was fast and friendly and the food was great!..had the eggs Benedict and Turkey club sandwich..

This place never misses. They have the best breakfast in the county. The biscuits and gravy are the best I've had in CA since moving here from TX. The staff are always friendly and attentive. No matter how busy they are I don't think I've ever waited longer than 15 minutes for food.

Great food, cute atmosphere. Love that you can get burgers or breakfast anytime.

We were lucky to have Bob Santanas taking care of our daughter’s 5th birthday catering. The communication was smooth, he is very follow through and helpful. The service and food was excellent.everyone enjoyed the food.
