Starbucks

I always come to this location, but I have never seen this “Maya” girl, she was running the drive-through line today @8:30am and I have never have any issues but today I asked to add a kids hot chocolate onto my order at the window (I have done this a time before and had no issues) my daughter had called me and told me that she wanted a drink so I asked nicely and this little girl gave me so much attitude and was so rude. She refused to help me and was telling me I have to go around the entire line again over a Kids hot chocolate… Definitely should be watching who y’all put in the drive-through lines assisting customers. Not like the Starbucks experience I’m used to at all !

Every time I walk into Starbucks, I’m greeted with warmth and good vibes — the staff is always friendly, helpful, and keeps things moving smoothly, even during busy hours. The space is a bit small, but it has a cozy charm that makes you want to come back. The egg bites are a delicious surprise: warm, fluffy, and perfect for a quick, tasty breakfast. And my all-time favorite: the chocolate frappuccino — creamy, cold, and with just the right amount of sweetness and coffee flavor. It’s the perfect spot to grab something delicious when you’re in a rush but still want great quality and service.

I went on 8/29/2025 at 10am , waited 30 minutes. Was told first just wait for my drink it’ll be at the table , then after 30 minutes I asked another barista … apparently it was behind the counter . My Venti Coffee , filled like a grande. I usually get light ice at other Starbucks, but never has it been filled this low. I have pics of other Starbucks in the area and it’s a real Venti.

I've been to this Starbucks 3 times I'm my life time hopeing it would be quicker, but everytime I'm here I'm always waiting 10 mins + even if there is no one in line. The speaker is so low you can barely understand what they are saying mix with the highway traffic. I'd rather drive 5 mins away to another Starbucks. This is the worst Starbucks service I've ever had.

My wife and I frequently visit this location. We love the location, the atmosphere of the place and the people that work there. It’s always a joyful experience for us to start off our day. We would give them a 10 star rating if we could.
