Starbucks

Very convenient Starbucks location. It is located inside Dadeland Mall, with really easy access through Macy's. It is definitely a great place to combine shopping and having a coffee. It does not show on Starbucks app and does not give choice for stars, but it is great. The place is noy very busy on Fri evening, which is excellent. The service is very good. The staff is very professional and efficient and the quality of the product is pretty much the same ( standard for Starbucks products).

I’ve been coming here weekly for years, and lately I’ve noticed some great changes, it’s cleaner, and the staff has been more welcoming and attentive over the past couple of months. I love this change and hope this is new management coming in.

This Saturday morning 02/08/2025, I visited this Dadeland Starbucks location across from the Britto Gallery and unfortunately did not have a favorable experience. The atmosphere at this particular establishment was quite cold, in stark contrast to other locations I have frequented. The barista/cashier, Brian, who took my order, exhibited a somewhat rude demeanor. As a 10-year-old, I have been instructed to greet others appropriately; therefore, I said "good morning" to Brian, but he did not acknowledge my greeting. When my mother encouraged me to repeat myself, believing he may not have heard me, Brian asserted that he had indeed heard me and proceeded to take my order. Rude customer service, asked to have two drinks made, one of the workers was already mad and was slamming things across the counter and then the barista who took my order had an attitude and they made my drinks wrong twice.

SPENCER is amazing! Without a doubt she goes above and beyond. She has always helped with a smile and amazing presence. Promote her.
