BurgerFi - Pinecrest

RoRo took care of us she was so kind and the rest of the staff were amazing especially (sorry I never asked for his name) he took our order great service it was my first time eating here it was so amazing very clean, the burgers are delicious and juicy, the meat is so good! I had a hey chef burger with bacon. Definitely coming back again when I crave a juicy burger thanks for the hospitality and kindness. Cheers !

Sophia was amazing, made sure my order was done correctly and efficiently. I even dropped my cup on accident and she made sure to give me another one without me asking and immediately cleaned up! Super fast service and calm atmosphere, plus the food was delicious

5 stars I had an amazing experience at BurgerFi Pinecrest! The new management has truly turned things around—bringing back the original ingredients and purveyors, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food. The Rodeo Burger was incredible, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and fresh, just like I remember. We also tried the chicken tenders, wings, onion rings, and shakes—everything was delicious. You can tell there’s been a real focus on getting things right again. Huge shoutout to Jerri and the entire staff for their friendly and attentive service. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been in a while—you’ll taste the difference

I had just gone shopping and wanted to stop for a quick bite to eat. As I entered I was promptly greeted and assisted by Julian L. He was busy helping other guests but still took his time assisting me with my order as I wanted advice on what to get as a first time guest. He made my experience here incredible!! I will most certainly be a return guest just based off his amazing service!
