⛔️Racially offensive drawing⛔️on my cup made me feel deeply upset. I placed an order at this location and later noticed a drawing on my cup that felt racially offensive to me. The drawing resembled a racial stereotype and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I did not notice it immediately because it was drawn near the top of the cup. I have contacted Starbucks corporate regarding this incident and hope the store will take this seriously and ensure it does not happen again. I’m sharing this to raise awareness and encourage better care and professionalism.

I’ve been at Starbucks Customer for for nearly 9 years. I truly love my coffee. I wanted to do a review because I’ve been too many Starbucks all over the world. I love my Starbucks, which is the one in San Pedro in Melbourne Florida . When I come in everybody greets by my name, with so much caring. I have a specific coffee that I order almost every day.and it’s carefully prepared on a perfect timing .I’ve always cared for cleanse, a clean Starbucks makes a great coffee and says a lot of the people working there. People love to complain… well this is not that on the contrary it’s a thank you and gratefulness . I saw them work on this past holiday season , they were truly incredible that place was so full… and I always saw their smiles and could see their professionalism. You Starbucks peo

Ordered hot, got room temp. They happily got me another. Great cafe and wonderful service!

This location used to be so much better. They can alter your day. The Iced Mocha was not prepared well. Might not come back.

It's hard to leave a Starbucks disappointed but for my family this was a total disaster. The line was long and we are understanding the staff those what they can we were patient when they asked us to wait about 5 minutes that they would bring us our drink. It took over 20 minutes and I had to remind them we were waiting, what was sad is that instead of saying something they just handed us our drinks and 2 cards closed the door in my face. There are definitely some locations you'd have to avoid and for me this is one.
