Great service

Over two semesters I've spent at least 300-400 dollars at this Starbucks. What I don't understand is why can't we make the drinks right... I can visibly see you grab the regular ice cup, and I requested light ice and adding one less scoop of berries in my cannonball drink; highly disappointed.
