Ernesto's Diner & Taqueria

Fajitas and garlic shrimp were delicious. The chicken and steak were cooked to perfection and the shrimp were big and tasty. The complimentary chips and salsa were great too. My recommendation for the restaurant is to provide some lettuce, guac, and shredded cheese with the fajitas as well (perhaps on the plate with the rice and beans). Give this place a try!

Went to the diner for dinner and ordered birria tacos and camarones a la diabla. The birria are tasty and the consome is nice and beefy. The Camarones ala diabla have a very nice heat, they didn't hold back. They also make their agua frescas in house, so I ordered they're cashew juice. It was sweet but balanced. They offer Salvadorian and Peruvian fare. They also sell Honduran baleadas. I'm curious to try some of the other dishes they have, will be coming back!

Great adjustment on the once Vestal Diner. Ernestos serves American Fare. But now you get to enjoy Authentic Mexican Food that seems like someone's mama cooking in the back! Great for lunch with the other half but will be bringing the family next round! I recommend this one! Thank you for making Vestal Parkway Eateries a little more mixed!

Im fairly easy to satisfy with some good rice and refried beans and this place has good beans and rice. We enjoyed their queso fundido, the bandeja paisa, and carnitas chimichangas were excellent. My partner will order fried ice cream wherever she sees it so she was very excited to have it here and the same is true for me with tres leches cake. Very nice meal with great service and we will definitely return.

I'm a big fan of this place. The owner is super nice and welcoming. I got the shrimp a la diabla and it was appropriately spicy. The worst is getting mild shrimp a la diabla. The horchata was delicious with a good balance between rice and cinnamon with just the right amount of sweetness.
