Skylark Diner

Went here with some friends and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The employees were all delightful. The ambience is unpretentious old school diner. The food quality is really solid and the prices were really affordable considering the highly inflationary prices you'll find at other places. Will definitely be going back again.

We had a great breakfast here. The staff members were nice and helpful. It was a little crowded inside, and we still enjoyed it!

Amazing food and service. They were packed and I knew that was a good sign. I drove an hour because I saw banana bread french toast on their menu. Yes I could make it at home, but it would not taste nearly as good. It did not disappoint either. The home fries were good too. I got a Bavarian cream donut to go because it looked great and they just brought them out, it too was good. I will be back when in the area again.

We had an incredible breakfast at the Skylark. We were in the area for a wedding and we asked the people who live there where to go and they all said the same thing. We arrived to a 15-20 minute wait which we hoped meant the food was good and we weren’t disappointed. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and our meals were brought out quickly, especially considering the fact that the diner was busy. Food was excellent and plenty of it! If we are back in the area, I know that we will be eating here.

Stopped in on a Wednesday around 8:45 and it was busy. It was busy the whole time we were there. I love the atmosphere in this diner, kind of has a nostalgic feel. We had no wait when we arrived and were taken care of immediately. The food was average for a diner. Our pancakes came out less than warm and stretchy- hard to cut. Everything else was hot. Their home fries were delicious! Coffee was good for a diner. I did feel kind of rushed ordering, which was disappointing. I would try it again.
