Starbucks

I was so excited to finally try this NEW Starbucks! Did a pick up order on my app and I’m so upset. Frappachino was filled with all whipped cream and not even filled all the way. No one said yellow or greeted just stared. They put my hot coffee over in someone else’s order so it made for an awkward exchange of someone thinking I took their coffee. They all have my name and are the same order placed ahead. Out of all the drinks only the hot latte was good. Please don’t start off like this guys.

First day open , Good drinks and food. I definitely think the one thing they can do better is not charge for cream cheese when I’m purchasing a bagel because they did not have any butter other than that we are a family that loves Starbucks.

They opened this location a couple weeks ago and I had no problems with my order through Starbucks app. Was ready for pickup in 7 minutes and everything was as I ordered. Love that they have plugs so I can work in here if I need too. Clean, new and modern interior. I got a great vibe from employees at this location, super friendly and nice. Good service so far for me.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the young man, Jason is his name at the drive through. He was extremely customer-service oriented and genuinely kind. While making our order, he took the time to check on us, asked how we were doing, and even asked how our day was going. As an older couple, it was truly refreshing to see a young person who takes the time to connect, be attentive, and show real care for customers. Small moments like that make a big difference, and it did not go unnoticed. Excellent service and a great example of what customer care should be.

Came in the other day and was having a bad day. Britney helped me figure out what I wanted and brought it to me in the cafe. My day got so much better after my visit. Thankful for the hard work these baristas put in. It's the little things. This place is great. Will definitely come Back on a regular.
