Starbucks

Unfortunately, the quality at this location has really gone downhill. The coffee is rarely made properly compared to other Starbucks, the customer service is poor, and the espresso machine is often broken. I used to come here regularly because it’s close to home, but now I’d rather drive further to another store where I know the coffee is much better and the service is more professional.

Horrible customer services, every time I come they are always taking to each other not paying attention to the customers, super rude and unprofessional. Every time I try to speak to a manager nobody is never around. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks coffee is bad to

The quality of this location is down to hill… the staff is doing a phone call while make my coffee and when I staring at her she pretends to shake my coffee and I don’t see her brew the expresso ? Then what did she put in my coffee ? and let me tells u … the coffee that I use to like is bad, sour taste? like I’m drinking ice melted coffee… have to throw away ….and I’m oder the shaking expresso… ???

I come in once a week, when I don’t make my lunch and get a small sandwich. The whole team is so kind, and attentive. Tito provides exceptional service! She is so friendly, and inviting! I would definitely come back!

Place doesn’t know how many times they’ve lost money from the many times there’s been only one barista.
