Alto Tostado in Coral Gables is truly a gem. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Aida and Lester for making our experience so warm and seamless they truly go above and beyond. The food quality was outstanding. We had the Chicken Salteña, the cuñape and the eggs benedict. You can genuinely taste the quality and care in every dish. Now let’s talk about the coffee! absolutely phenomenal. I had a cappuccino, a pour-over, and their special Valentine’s Day latte, and each one was excellent. What makes this place so unique is their coffee from Caranavi, Bolivia their own imported beans, roasted in-house. Great fresh coffee! Very flavorful and high quality! The pistachio croissant was absolutely delicious and not overly sweet.

Cute little spot with a pretty loaded menu for brunch! We only got some pastries and drinks because we took it to go, but I would definitely like to go back to try the food. The banana & strawberry smoothie was delicious!

Great experience, phenomenal specialty coffee (hard to find in Miami). We were out trick or treating on Miracle Mile when dada NEEDED a coffee and we stumbled upon this place. Had a nicely dialed espresso and the owners even took time ask me my thoughts and tell me about the Bolivian origins. My measure of a good shop is retail bags <1 week old on shelves. The ones here were roasted ONLY 3 days ago! Extremely fresh. Will certainly be back!

I’ve tried Alto Tostado Coffee Roasters today, The first Bolivian specialty coffee in Miami. I loved it! Fresh coffee, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. They are located right on the miracle mile in Coral Gables. Definitely worth a visit!
