What a delightful little gem tucked right into the heart of the Magic Mile. From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and welcoming. They graciously made the Thai salad vegan, and wow—it was bursting with flavor and beautifully balanced. The perfect way to start the meal. We paired it with a wine spritzer that was light, festive, and expertly crafted—not too sweet, not too sharp, just right. My spouse also enjoyed the crème brûlée. Truly unforgettable. Made in-house and worth every bite. The crackly brown sugar top gives way to a silky base infused with real vanilla beans. Decadent without being heavy, refined yet comforting. This experience was phenomenal. The live music was amazing and lively. The environment was cozy and the food tasted so good. I would 100% recommend you come visit if you are on the fence or are visiting around the area. It made my day! Carlos our waiter was very warm and extremely helpful. I ordered the Cuban Bowl and the pasta dish as well as the guava flan! Recommend! Recommend! Recommend!

We had the pleasure of organizing our networking event at La Rosa Gastrobar with the assistance of Henry Zamarripa, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The whole process, before, during, and after the event was easy, smooth, and very friendly. The team was incredibly supportive and professional. Wendy, Carlos, Jorge, and Esterzita were especially attentive and helpful with setting up and organizing the room, making sure everything ran seamlessly. The food was excellent, served warm and exactly at the time requested, and the drink service was just as impressive, efficient, well-timed, and high quality. La Rosa Gastrobar has a great vibe and delicious food! The Latin-inspired dishes are flavorful, the cocktails are creative, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Perfect for a fun night out or a relaxed dinner with friends. Highly recommend!

Starting off the restaurant is very cute and put together. All the staff were so attentive and friendly. We started off with the cheese croquettes (croquetas de Manchego) and they were fabulous. We also got the guacamole with grilled cheese ( la Rosa guac) and it was not my favorite. Then I got the chop Thai salad with picanha and it was so flavorful and delicious. The food seems to be very carefully made with attention to detail and taste.
