Starbucks

I'm not fond of a Starbucks in a hotel. Mostly because they have their own set of rules when it comes to use your Starbucks card, it redeem (free) drinks. This Starbucks was very nice. Very friendly staff and the orders were quick and correct

This Starbucks is located in a nice area and has I neat sitting arrangement in the pathway around the square. It is pretty cool to sit and enjoy the view, but may be in bed inconvenient to work. The food and a drink were delicious.

Barista was slow and messed a guy's drink up in front of me and messed 2 out of the 3 drinks we ordered because she wasn't reading the order. She didn't take me bringing it up well either time dumping the drinks out and then shorting the amount in both frappuccinos we ordered. No acknowledgement or apologies throughout process

I don't like to complain but I have a sucralose allergy and I ordered our drinks with stevia. It was taking a long time after the cold drinks were ready so I went over to see how the hot drinks were going. The new girl was putting splenda in our cups. I had to ask her to please dump it out and rinse the cups. She was very nice but struggling and by the time, My drink had lots of foam minute even though I ordered no foam.I got the hot drinks the cold drinks I had for my clients were melting. If it was just my drinks, it wouldn't be a problum. But when you're getting drinks for clients. 32 minutes is a long time to be at Starbucks. Waiting for your order and there wasn't even much of a line. Also there's almost no parking for this location.

This Starbucks kept me sane during a very stressful weekend. The wifi was strong enough to get me through some retail therapy with The Reformation. Everyone working there were so nice, happily filled my water bottle with ice water too.
