Starbucks Coffee Company

I literally am a Starbucks fein but this most recent visit I was trying to do a cute little TikTok trend to order matcha powder on ice so I can mix my Fairlife protein in it and I had explained that. Tell me why these girls try charging me 10 dollars I wish I took a picture because I was absolutely dumbfounded but it gets worse lollll I ask to just be charged a matcha latte but just make it the way I had requested and no lol I ended up just giving up because that’s INSANE. I don’t know if I’m sensitive but they told me that “they see these little hacks” and “they aren’t real” how it was said I lowkey took it as I was trying to skimp out of paying money which isn’t the case because I literally drain my paychecks on you guys or did lol. Maybe it is policy but I have worked there and I feel

Came in with a friend, waited for coffee while others who came after got theirs. Asked kindly why the wait the barista didn’t even turn to acknowledge me and said it’s coming out. How did he know it was my drink?? Proceed to ask someone else and they gave me an excuse of being short handed while they had 6 employees in the front and no customers waiting in line. Will try to not come here again.

Dont bother going inside. They talk to them self more then serve drinks. Do yourself a favor and do drink throw. Lovely for them to have fun talking to one another will leave you waiting for 10min

Awesome service. I ordered an iced coffee and pumpkin bread while I stayed here and studied. I was here studying for a while, and there was a nice worker who (without asking) brought me as well as the other customer at another table an iced cold water. I thought that was very, very considerate because he went out of his way to ensure we were still doing well and hydrated. Very friendly staff, I felt very comfortable about being able to study here because it is difficult for me t do my work at home because I get side tracked. Thank you!!!

Coffee at times is a roll of the dice, but today they got it perfect.
