Starbucks Coffee Company

This is the worst Starbucks location. Every time I come here, I’m overcharged—every single drink I’ve ordered has cost over $10 for just one. While the price is frustrating, what bothers me more is the quality. My drinks are consistently made poorly. If I’m being charged this much, the quality should at least reflect the price. On one visit, they didn’t even fill my drink to the size I ordered (a venti) simply because I asked for light ice. Another time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a matcha latte, but the matcha powder wasn’t stirred properly, making the drink extremely bitter and unenjoyable.

Love this location most of the time recently went around 3pm on 2/26 and the cashier at the window named Ariana was not very friendly didn’t even greet me or say one word at the window the whole time which I found very odd… she seemed like she did not want to be working there at all they should definitely be hiring more charismatic or friendly people who enjoy working customer service or at least don’t mind greeting customers!

I order Very frequently through Uber Eats under the name “Naruto” And I love the cute messages the staff frequently leave me on my order. No matter which type of drink I ordered it always taste great. ❤️

Nice place. Good workers. Clean. I went in today ( 11-14-24 ) to get the free holiday cup 🥤 it's cute. I love their cups 😊 it's only free today if you buy a holiday drink. I got the white chocolate mocha frappuccino 😋

Sat at the intercom for over 10 minutes, there was a line behind me waiting as well. Pulled up to the window because I thought it was weird they weren’t taking my order because this location should be open until 9PM. I pulled up to the window and the 2 workers shut all the lights off right in front of me. Yea don’t go to this starbucks, they ignored us when we called the store too.
